Question 1

What does TALENZA offer?

Accepted Answer

We build AI agents and connect businesses with virtual assistants to take on everyday work, with setup and ongoing support options.

Question 2

What kinds of AI agents do you build?

Accepted Answer

We scope agents around specific everyday business workflows, such as organizing information, preparing drafts, or assisting with repeatable tasks. The exact tools, data, permissions, human review steps, and capabilities are agreed before the build.

Question 3

Do you build the AI agent and hand it off?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our AI offer follows a build-and-handoff approach. We agree the workflow, build and test it with you, and provide setup and usage guidance. The handoff includes the agreed operating steps and known limitations.

Question 4

What kinds of tasks can a virtual assistant handle?

Accepted Answer

Our VAs handle a wide range of tasks including administrative support, email and calendar management, customer service, appointment setting, lead follow-up, data entry, CRM updates, research, bookkeeping support, marketing assistance, and more. During our discovery call, we'll identify the specific tasks that make sense to delegate.

Question 5

How quickly can I get matched with a VA?

Accepted Answer

Typically, we can present qualified candidates within 5-7 business days after our discovery call. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the role and your specific requirements. For urgent needs, let us know and we'll do our best to expedite the process.

Question 6

What if the VA isn't the right fit?

Accepted Answer

If it's not the right fit, we work quickly to find a suitable replacement. We have a structured feedback process to understand what didn't work and adjust our matching criteria accordingly. Our goal is your long-term success, not just filling a seat.

Question 7

How do you communicate and manage the work?

Accepted Answer

Communication depends on your preferences—we support Slack, email, Zoom, and various project management tools. We recommend establishing a daily or weekly check-in cadence with your VA, and our team provides regular performance check-ins to ensure everything is on track.

Question 8

Do you support call center or customer service work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we staff VAs for phone support, live chat, email support, and other customer-facing roles. Our customer service VAs are trained in professional communication and can adapt to your brand voice and standards.

Question 9

What hours and time zones can VAs work?

Accepted Answer

Our VAs are based internationally and can often align with your business hours. We offer timezone flexibility to match your coverage needs—whether you need someone during US business hours or extended coverage. Let us know your requirements during discovery.

Question 10

How do I onboard a VA quickly?

Accepted Answer

We help streamline onboarding with SOP documentation support, tool access checklists, and a structured first-week plan. If you don't have SOPs, we can help create lightweight documentation using Loom videos or simple written guides.

Question 11

What tools do your VAs work with?

Accepted Answer

Our VAs are familiar with common business tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and many more. We match based on your specific tool stack.

Question 12

Can I scale from 1 VA to multiple VAs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many clients start with one VA and expand as they see results. We can help you build a team of specialized VAs covering different functions or time zones. Our Team Support package is designed specifically for multi-VA setups.

Question 13

Do you offer ongoing support and management for virtual assistants?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ongoing management is a core part of what we provide. This includes weekly performance check-ins, quality monitoring, optimization recommendations, and a dedicated point of contact for any issues or questions.

Question 14

What's the difference between Talenza and hiring directly?

Accepted Answer

With Talenza, you get a pre-vetted, trained VA with built-in management and support. We handle screening, matching, onboarding support, and ongoing performance management—so you don't have to. If something doesn't work out, we handle the replacement process.

Question 15

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't require long-term contracts. We operate on a monthly basis with 30 days notice to cancel. We believe in earning your business through results, not locking you into agreements.

Question 16

How is pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the role complexity, hours needed, and experience level required. After our discovery call, we provide transparent pricing based on your specific requirements. We offer Starter (part-time), Growth (full-time), and Team (multiple VAs) packages.

Question 17

What happens if my VA is sick or unavailable?

Accepted Answer

We have backup coverage planning for clients who need consistent availability. For unexpected absences, we communicate proactively and can provide temporary coverage depending on your package. This is something we discuss during onboarding.
